Pertemps is working in partnership with the Royal Mail, the UK’s designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers for the Scottish Distribution Centre in Wishaw.
Pay rates –£19.98 – £22.89per hour depending on shift start/finish time.
As an HGV Driver, after successfully completing an assessment, you will be required to trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. There is very little manual work and shifts are offered 1 week in advance.
We are keen to speak to any Drivers able to work weekends and flexible to work accross backshift and nightshift patterns with start times between 12:00 – 03:00.
To meet entry requirements, you will have:
- Held your licence for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
- You will need to have a minimum of 180 days driving experience within the last 2 years.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
Due to the nature of our client’s business, you will be required to clear a CRB security check following the point of registration.
