This is an exciting time for the Group as they embark on a bold new chapter to strengthen their impact across the region and improve the opportunities of those in their communities.
This pivotal role involves overseeing student engagement, inclusion, support and well-being across the Group's institutions. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to maximise student retention, progression and success.
Applicants should have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills and a track record in enhancing student services, as well as an understanding of the current FE sector and the safeguarding requirements and challenges within it. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster a safe and positive learning environment.
