An international law firm

THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Real Estate Senior Associate 3 + PQE to join a growing team as part of a Corporate Real Estate and Private Capital department

The work will be broad ranging and of exceptional quality, and will include responsibility for the following :-

The sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts and other entities which own interests in real estate investments, developments and businesses with extensive real estate interests

Joint ventures and co-investment arrangements

Public and private fund raising

The work will be mainly for a client base in the real estate, hotels, hospitality and private wealth sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will have:-

A solid corporate real estate background with knowledge of the real estate sector.

Strong technical and drafting skills,

You will be capable of assuming responsibility for principal associate roles on a transaction.

Experience of supervising and mentoring trainees and, where appropriate, junior lawyers.

A keen interest in business development
