Temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks probation, starting on Β£13.61ph-Β£19.05ph increasing after 12 weeks. 4on4off rota working 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am. Immediate Start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

As a transport administrator you will be:
β€’ Briefing and debriefing drivers
β€’ Being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to.
β€’ Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance.
β€’ Operational excellence i.e. cost, service including Peak planning & delivery.
β€’ Provide the highest level of customer care, finding resolutions and the escalation of live issues.
β€’ The monitoring of all routes ensuring routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
β€’ Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.

What we\’re looking for:
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.
β€’ Strong organisational and time management skills
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β€’ Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
