Job Title: Part-Time Lettings Negotiator Job Type: Part-Time – Permanent or Self Employed Contract Working Hours: Weekends and Evenings Hatched Talent Solutions is supporting Bristol ‘ s multi-award winning lettings agency, KPA Property Management as their Talent Partner during their crucial period of growth. KPA Property Management has doubled in sales and units under management year on year for the past 3 years and due to this success, we are now seeking proactive and people-oriented Part-Time Lettings Negotiator for initially around 4 – 6 hours per week. Their reputation is built on integrity, dedication, honesty and transparency. KPA Property Management is truly on a mission to shake up the industry from the inside – reframing the lettings narrative and experience – one tenancy at a time! The role will involve conducting property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, working closely with our current Lettings Negotiator. This position offers flexible hours, perfect for someone seeking a part-time opportunity that can fit around family commitments or reduced working hours. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs with prospective and existing tenants. I nterviewing candidates and choosing the best fit from a set of criteria Maintain effective communication with tenants, landlords, and colleagues. Use company systems and mobile apps to manage appointments, property details, and tenant information. Ensure all administrative tasks, such as paperwork and reports, are completed accurately and promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal Person: Experience: Previous experience in a lettings or agency environment is a plus but not essential. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and online systems. Flexible Availability: Able to work weekends and evenings to accommodate tenant viewings and check-ins/outs. Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and friendly communication is essential when interacting with tenants, landlords, and team members. Team Player: Works well with others, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Attention to Detail: Good administrative skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job. Person- Cantered : Has a friendly, approachable attitude and enjoys helping people. What’s on offer Permanent or Self Employed options available 15 per hour 4-6 hours per week with the likelihood of increasing over time Pro rota benefits and annual paid annual leave, if a permanent contract is taken
