Our client is looking for a proactive and customer focused Service Advisor who can enhance the aftersales department at their busy site in Stockport.
Basic Salary: £25,000 (potentially more dependent on experience) OTE of £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota.
The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to maximise service sales opportunities through the up sell of additional products, services and repair work. Confidently delivering product knowledge and offering support to our valued customers, you will provide a smooth customer journey whilst ensuring all systems and documentation are complete with high accuracy.
