Join Our Clients Growing Team as a Stock Replenishment Operative! Recruit 2 You is thrilled to partner with our client in Somercotes, Alfreton, an employee-owned cash and carry site. As they expand due to high demand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join their dynamic team across various shifts.

About Our Client: Our client is a nationwide distribution centre specialising in wholesale products for independent retailers and caterers. With their 8th depot opened this year, now is the perfect time to join their exciting journey.

As a Stock Replenishment Operative, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for maintaining fully stocked shelves and displays to meet customer needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our client’s success, and you will thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Working Hours: Regular Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 pm to 5:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stack and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
  • Regularly restock shelves to replace items sold by customers.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to efficiently move and replenish stock.
  • Rotate and unpack stock for freshness and quality.
  • Create attractive product displays to enhance the customer experience.
  • Receive and process high volumes of deliveries.
  • Allocate stock to shop floor and stockrooms.
  • Take ownership of tasks in a busy environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong team player with physical stamina for stock handling.
  • Retail or stock replenishment experience is a plus but not required.
  • Initiative and adaptability for both independent and team-based work.

Contract Details: This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent contract over 10 weeks. Uniforms are provided, and there is a convenient on-site canteen.
