An exciting seasonal opportunity has arisen within our Lacock branch to be part of an inspirational team as a General Assistant in our Farm Shop department until the end of December 2024. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This is a full time position working 4 days during Monday – Friday and alternative weekends. General Assistant responsibilities Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the layout of the centre Excellent standard of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintains in accordance with company guidelines Ensure personal compliance with Whitehalls H&S guideline Checking of all stock is completed within timescales including date checking and stock levels maintained around the farm shop.
