About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Build automated, self-serve dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
2. Design and develop efficient data models, extracting, transforming, and visualising data to create informative, easy-to-use dashboards.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop dashboards from various data sources.
4. Enhance existing dashboards to improve efficiency and reporting simplicity for colleagues across Commercial Lines.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.

Skills and Experience

1. Expertise in Power BI and other visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Python.
2. Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and source control.
3. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
4. Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and solving problems.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and present data accessibly.
