About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build automated, self-serve dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
- Design and develop efficient data models, extracting, transforming, and visualising data to create informative, easy-to-use dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop dashboards from various data sources.
- Enhance existing dashboards to improve efficiency and reporting simplicity for colleagues across Commercial Lines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in Power BI and other visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Python.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and source control.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and solving problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and present data accessibly.
