Join NYCOS as Head of Development to lead fundraising efforts and make an impact through the arts.

NYCOS is seeking a skilled and passionate Head of Development. This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape NYCOS’ future and support life-changing musical opportunities for children and young people across Scotland.
Working closely with the CEO and managing the Alumni and Individual Giving Manager, you will develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the arts.
You will help secure vital support for our national choirs, regional choirs, and creative learning programmes, ensuring that NYCOS continues to inspire and nurture Scotland’s young singers.
SALARY:
£37,500 – £42,500 per annum (pro rata if applicable)
WORKING HOURS:
Preferably full-time (35 hours per week) but we would consider a part-time position for the right candidate.
Working hours are flexible, between 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
LOCATION:
NYCOS main office at Savoy House, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, with potential for some home working.
