As a Stock Supervisor, you will manage the allocation of work, controlling headcount and overtime budgets ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met while creating and maintaining a positive team culture and spirit. This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 - 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Produce customer and site reports while investigating and take action to maintain SLAs
- Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development
- Investigate and complete adjustments to correct any errors
- Problem planet investigations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in WMS (Red Prairie/DLX) is desirable however, full training will be given
- Ability to work individually under your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
