IDEX are delighted to be working exclusively with a Marine specialist Lloyd\’s Broker who are looking to make offers to ambitious, client centric Producing Brokers across Marine Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability and Fine Art/Specie.
Being honest, bold, independent and genuinely different to what is already out there is the heart of this business. Already steeped in maritime history, this Broker has received some recent minority investment and are now looking to grow tenfold.
Today they are still a family funded, independent business with an entrepreneurial mindset and their ambitious growth plans are powered by investment capital that preserves their independence, culture and core values

You will enjoy working both strategically and operationally, whilst leading from the front from a production point of view driving growth and profitability.
You will not be starting from scratch and will be able to capitilize on this Broker\’s already well-established network, including their Specialty MGA already on the ground in the US.
IDEX have partnered on a multi year deal to support this Broker make multive investment hires across various verticals, making a genuine statement of intent to the market that they are committed to building out their London market wholesale business.
