About this role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Software Engineering Manager to lead an innovative and high-performing team focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions within the fintech space. As a key leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Spearhead the integration of core systems to ensure seamless and efficient user experiences across multiple digital products.
- Ensure alignment with financial regulations, navigating technical implementations to meet both business and legal requirements.
- Expand and enhance our portfolio of digital engagement tools, including rewards, credits, digital wallets, and subscriptions, to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Define and execute a clear technical roadmap in close collaboration with senior leaders across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Champion engineering best practices, setting high standards for security, scalability, and system architecture.
