Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support commercial technology transformation activities, guiding the development and management of major transformation programs like Omni Channel, Customer/Patient Data platform, and NBX Transformation.
• Manage projects and products, including systems, applications, technologies, processes, and shared services.
• Collaborate with Tech Business Partners, senior product owners, and heads of functions to ensure a robust architectural runway supporting future business needs.
• Focus on process re-engineering and optimization using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center, Martech, Customer Data Platforms, etc.
• Monitor the current commercial and Martech solution portfolio to identify deficiencies and misalignments.
• Develop deliverables for managing the portfolio of \’to be\’ and \’as is\’ solutions to achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Evaluate and maximize sales enablement tools such as CRM, learning management systems, and AI-driven insights.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
• Facilitate software evaluation, selection, and TCO analysis, including designing configurations.
• Support product lifecycle decisions to maintain, refresh, or retire services or systems.
• Design and implement commercial tech solutions within existing infrastructure and security standards.
• Identify technological innovations and engage with business leaders to design solutions that meet business goals within legacy systems.
• Contribute to privacy, security, and AI by design initiatives.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams and act as Solution Governance for Architecture.
• Evaluate feasibility and business cases for architecture implementation steps.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards across regions.

Key Requirements

• Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting technical transformations to business audiences.
• Background in software engineering or technology design and implementation.
• Solution architecture experience in commercial tech domains like Web, Digital, CRM, Martech.
• Strong understanding of architecture models like C4.
• Experience working with diverse, global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead strategic transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ecosystems including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in development languages like React, JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, Python, C#.
• Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
• Understanding of IT standards and controls.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, DevOps.

Travel: No major travel required.

Work Conditions: Hybrid model, with 1 day/week in-office as per business needs.
