Do you consider yourself to be technically curious, or a creative problem solver? Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and enhance platform features specifically tailored for IT infrastructure solutions.

Attend client meetings alongside Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultative support, technical expertise, and strategic insight.

Guide managed and professional services teams in client project onboarding and infrastructure mobilisation.

  • Experience in bid management and commercial understanding.
  • Proficient in networking, storage, server technologies, and hardware.
  • Project Management and ITIL3 understanding.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Expert.
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Expert.
  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure & 365 migration and solution design.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and migrations.
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP Routing/Switching DNA or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server Applications, Active Directory, Exchange, and AVD.
  • Virtualization (VMware) implementation and administration experience.
  • ITIL: 1 year (preferred).
  • Cybersecurity: 1 year (preferred).
