About the Role: Our client is an international firm, seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead and establish a new Forensic Accounting practice. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the firm\’s extensive resources and collaborate with their established forensics team in the US. You will serve as a catalyst in growing out the practice and take direct responsibility for the growth and development of this department of the firm. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the Forensic Accounting practice, setting strategic direction and driving growth. Provide expert analysis and testimony in legal disputes, including valuation, damages, and corporate disputes. Manage and resolve cross-border disputes, ensuring compliance with international standards. Build and maintain a book of business, with a proven track record of generating at least £1M in revenue. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions. Ideal Candidate: Extensive background in forensic accounting, with expertise in litigation support, valuation, damages, complex disputes, and international arbitration. Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a practice, with strong strategic and operational skills. Proven success in generating revenue and developing a substantial book of business. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
