The Private Capital Transactions tax team works with some of the world's largest private equity clients and focuses on rapidly developing areas of the deals market. Our agility and quick market response have allowed us to grow each year, even during downturns. To capitalize on current market opportunities, we seek to recruit top talent.

This team offers wide-ranging experience in core transactional areas such as private equity, infrastructure, clean-tech, distressed debt, turnaround transactions, and restructuring. As deal advisers, team members gain valuable UK tax technical experience and develop a commercial understanding of client priorities in deal contexts. Given the cross-border nature of many transactions, you'll also gain exposure to international structuring techniques and overseas tax regimes. We are currently expanding our Private Capital Transactions Tax team and are eager to speak with experienced Tax Advisors.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to delivering high-quality tax services, build and maintain client relationships, and provide excellent client service.
  • Help in winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and ensuring technical excellence with a practical, business-focused approach.
  • Manage delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring technical quality and practical focus.
  • Ensure high standards of client service.
  • Leverage leads from other practice areas.
  • Develop internal and external networks.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Participate in team strategy, operations, staff development, and assignments management.
