Director, Risk & Insurance Due Diligence – M&A & Transaction Solutions, London Are you a seasoned Commercial Insurance professional with expertise in large-scale, M&A due diligence? Would you like to play a pivotal role within a prominent, specialist practice, leading a variety of projects and advisory services in pre-acquisition and post-deal M&A environments? What your day will look like Leading insurance due diligence advisory projects for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients, including review of data room information, management interviews, and technical insurance commentary, culminating in high-quality reports. Driving project management engagement. Collaborating closely with clients and top-tier advisers. Coordinating internal Aon expertise across practices and geographies, building an internal network. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling Aon products and solutions. Facilitating post-close programme placements. Building and nurturing client relationships.
