Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
  • Project Coordination: Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects.
  • Client Meetings: Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordination of overall programs and specific projects.
  • Travel: Travel required.

  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture and registration as a Licensed Architect required.
  • Professional Experience: Twelve (12) or more years of related practical experience required.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in the design and development of government facilities (i.e., judicial/courthouse structures).
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work with a variety of project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Software Proficiency: Basic familiarity with Revit and CADD design software.
