They’re looking for a Head of Digital Operations to drive growth, operational success, and customer experience.

The Role
You’ll be a key player in shaping digital strategy, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Tech to optimise forecasting, stock, and customer experience. It’s a leadership role with big impact — think operational excellence, digital growth, and slick campaign delivery. Define and lead the digital operations and campaign activation strategy. Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of web and app campaigns. Ensure seamless execution of digital trade activities (stock, demand forecasting, fulfilment etc). Performance & Reporting. Work closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, technology, and marketing teams to drive operational success. Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities through technology and process optimisation. Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Digital Campaign and Operations team.

This role requires a driven digital operations specialist who wants to make a difference in a growing business. Need someone super commercial, analytical, and tech-savvy. You’ll need:
- Experience in a large retail business (with a big digital presence) with a more complex org structure.
- Omnichannel experience is a must – website, mobile app, in-store platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital campaigns, customer journeys, trade cycles & ecommerce operations.
- Strong grasp of forecasting, stock management & fulfilment readiness.
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing digital and ops teams.
- Skilled in automation, tech integration & continuous process improvement – someone really tech-savvy who loves working with tools and tech.
- Strategic thinker with cross-functional know-how across supply chain, finance & customer experience.
- Data-driven, with experience turning insight into action and measurable results.
- Track record of delivering complex campaigns in fast-paced retail or ecommerce settings.
