We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to meet all sales, customer service, and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the CEO of your store. You will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience in business planning, including setting sales and service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview
