As an Executive in the B2B Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for the build, delivery and optimisation of Deliveroo’s external B2B communications. Alongside peers, you will ensure that we communicate with the right person at the right time, across an increasing selection of channels. As part of a wider program to improve how Deliveroo communicates with our partners, you will play an integral role in building and testing new campaigns, cadences and channels. Beyond your immediate team, you will also be a key member of the Commercial Operations Team. As such, you will contribute to defining and embedding our wider approach to commercial enablement, in support of building a market-leading proposition for all of our restaurant and retail partners through our frontline teams.

What You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the execution of Deliveroo’s B2B Partner communication strategy.
  • Optimising B2B campaign planning and execution to balance the needs of strategy, business goals and frequency.
  • Surface and resolve trade-off decisions to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum business impact.
  • Implement the necessary campaign tracking and performance reporting mechanisms to optimise campaigns inflight and provide stakeholders with timely insight, producing recommendations to optimise.
  • Manage weekly reporting cadences and updates to wider business stakeholders.
  • Collect and share best practices for campaign design and execution based on data, partner feedback and industry best practices.
  • Use data, insights and best practices to inform the evolution of Deliveroo’s B2B communications strategy.
  • Improve the operational performance of Deliveroo’s B2B Marketing technology stack.
  • Work closely with business and product counterparts to constantly improve the capabilities of our marketing technology, optimising based on data, experience and industry developments.

Technical Skills required:

  • Experience using Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (must have).
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud data structures.
  • Experience using Marketing automation, planning & management, SEO and other analytical tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript and SQL.

Data Analytics:

  • Highly numerate, able to translate business problems into data problems and design analytical products which help the business answer these questions at scale.
  • Expert at selecting the right metric for the right problem, and communicating these effectively, even to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in BI tools (Looker / Tableau) and strong SQL skills is highly recommended.

Project Management:

  • Ability to manage and progress multiple complex projects in parallel that involve multiple stakeholders across markets and other Deliveroo functions.

Delivery:

  • Sets clear performance management framework and routines to ensure objectives are met, with escalation routes in place to resolve off-track issues.
  • Builds a performance culture that celebrates successes while learning from mistakes whilst avoiding a “blame culture.”
