You will oversee and conduct training activities in coordination with the Store Leads and In Store Trainers reporting to the Senior Lead - Retail Training, acting as a key partner to the Senior Lead - Retail in the region. You will deliver engaging and impactful training through in-store interventions, classroom training, and promoting the adoption of the Digital Training App. You are passionate about our customers, their journey, and how to give them the best experience. In this position, you will deliver innovative and exciting programs focused on people, products, tools/systems, customer experience, and other current and future store needs.
Your Mission
- Analyse store teams' performance and skills and identify training needs together with the Store Leaders and Senior Lead - Retail roAPAC.
- Develop a training plan and calendar for retail stores in your area, considering seasonality and business objectives.
- Draft communications, create and deliver learning content, and follow up post-training (quizzes and surveys) for our store teams.
- Organise training sessions according to the local training plan (venue, logistics, invites, etc.).
- Monitor and promote the adoption of online training tools across the retail and training community.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer experience is maintained at all times.
- Provide regular training support and follow-up in-store, coaching, and developing teams as needed.
- Responsible for the retail onboarding program (Advisors, Leadership) and supporting new starters' integration in store.
- Coordinate the work of In Store Trainers, supporting their development.
- Incorporate ongoing program feedback, manage updates, and evaluate the quality and success of training.
- Maintain and analyse reporting tools for training and coaching execution.
This is a field role based in-store and dedicated to training. It will require regular travelling to the different Seoul stores, with opportunities to visit other regional locations.
Your story
- 1-2 years of experience as a store/area trainer with similar responsibilities.
- You have experience deploying/facilitating content to retail audiences in person, able to analyse qualitative observations and quantitative data to create practical training action plans.
- You have a passion for learning and developing talent, as well as learning rapidly and eagerly yourself.
- You have the entrepreneurial mindset to deliver innovative programs, being resourceful, nimble, and creative with limited resources.
- You are able to create/adapt powerful content with tools at your disposal (Google Slides, Digital Apps).
- You are organised and have excellent time management skills.
- You have a keen eye for observing, commenting, and providing feedback on how to achieve retail excellence, and are able to channel your observations to retail partners accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Korean, with a good level of English. The ability to speak other regional languages is advantageous but not required.
