The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this pivotal position, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of our payroll & benefits operations, directly contributing to the satisfaction of our most valued asset - our people. As a key player in our HR department, your expertise will ensure that every detail of our employees’ compensation & benefits is handled with the utmost precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately executing monthly payroll operations, ensuring all employee compensation is processed correctly and on time.
  • Managing deductions, including taxes, benefits, and pension contributions, while staying current with legal requirements.
  • Overseeing new employee enrollment into benefits programs and maintaining comprehensive payroll records.
  • Proactively addressing discrepancies in attendance and payroll data, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Streamlining payroll & benefits processes to enhance efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service in response to payroll & benefits inquiries.
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits Manager in salary benchmarking, benefits renewals and policies updates.
