General Maintenance Operative

We are currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Operative for our well-known client in Hull.

This is a hands-on role – helping to upkeep and maintain the Estate.

This role is ongoing for up to 6 months.

The rate of pay is £12.85 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
– 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

No day will be the same in this role as it\’s very varied. Typical daily duties could include:

– General Estate cleaning – Sweeping – emptying bins, blowing leaves
– Manual tasks, such as digging and lifting, so applicants must be physically fit
– General Contractor assistance
– Minor Repairs – Depending on skill level

Our Perfect Worker

Our Ideal worker will have experience in this kind of role, we would love to hear from anyone who have experience and tickets to use equipment such as strimmers and hedge trimmers etc.

The worker must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and be physically fit as there will eb some heavy lifting involved within the role
