Main responsibilities

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on their strong products in this industry.
  • Providing professional and competent customer service.
  • Cooperating with the internal sales department on customer offers (technical aspect).
  • Documenting work orders and timely internal reporting.
  • Managing external warehouses independently.
  • Assessing and qualifying warranty claims.

  • Serving as the contact person for claim support requests to ensure quick and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Valid UK work visa with no restrictions and remaining validity of more than 2 years.
  • Completed training as a plumber or professional experience with sound knowledge of the plumbing industry.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, considering economic efficiency.
  • Team management experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Intercultural competence and strong communication skills.
  • Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Class B driving license.
