Branston Locks is a newly opened school that incorporates many features of John Taylor MAT, known for challenging the most able, outstanding teaching quality, a curriculum of 'gold standard' content and skills, and a comprehensive enrichment and pastoral system.
Role Overview
You will support the Headteacher in establishing the school's aims and lead on the strategic development of SEND provision. Sharing responsibility for daily school operations, you will model exemplary teaching and develop colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks and understanding of how children learn.
- Ability to assess learning effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with all stakeholders.
- Initially based in Year One.
