Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, participate in architecture review boards, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Network Design and Architecture: Assess infrastructure, design and document network blueprints, define standards and protocols, and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Network Performance and Optimization: Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, conduct capacity planning, and optimize configurations.
- Vendor Management and Collaboration: Work with vendors, manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and support procurement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create network documents, develop project plans, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Operational Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, monitor network health, perform root cause analysis, and support network hardware and services.
- Shift Flexibility: Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
