The University of Roehampton London is recruiting for the role of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy to join our expanding School of Life and Health Sciences and be part of an exciting new programme team. We are open to both full-time and part-time applications.

We are particularly interested in candidates with Physiotherapy experience in cardiorespiratory care.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Teach Physiotherapy students and contribute to other healthcare programmes.
  • Engage in education delivery, simulated learning, and clinical liaison across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Enhance the teaching, research, and knowledge exchange reputation of the School.
  • Be part of a community of academics and practitioners.

The School of Life and Health Sciences, although relatively new, has established a reputation for quality and innovation in healthcare education. We are committed to delivering outstanding student outcomes and making a positive societal impact. Our facilities include state-of-the-art clinical simulation facilities and a world-class library.

Our healthcare programmes initially included Nursing disciplines and the Nursing Associate apprenticeship. In 2024, we are expanding to include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Advanced Clinical Practice, aiming to replicate our success in Nursing within Allied Health programmes.
