We are currently looking for an experiencedInvestment Banking Analyst to join our Chemicals & Materials team in London, United Kingdom. Our analysts work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients’ business through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, private placements, mergers, and acquisitions, leveraged buy outs and strategic advisory work. On a day-to-day basis our analysts: · Create and maintain financial models · Assist in the preparation of marketing materials · Assist in the creation of business valuation and financial projections and models · Data gathering and synthesis · Create and maintain industry-specific business development books · Conduct industry and company-specific research · Interact with clients and senior stake holders Our environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial.
