DescriptionOnboarding Account Executive
We are looking for an Onboarding Account Executive in our FlexiPay Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our FlexiPay Sales team and play a part in scaling Funding Circle\’s newest product! It\’s a fantastic starting point for a challenging and rewarding career in B2B sales.
Salary: £30,000 + £5,400 OTE

The roleAs an Onboarding Account Executive in FlexiPay, you embody one of our most important selling points: personal support for our customers.
Every day you will speak to a diverse range of SME business owners to understand their business, learn about their goals, and explain how Funding Circle can help achieve them.
Responsibilities
Support customers after they sign up, educate them on FlexiPay, drive activation and encourage repeat usage of the product.
Collect valuable customer insights through interactions that feed directly into the ongoing development of the FlexiPay product.
Establish instant rapport with customers via telephone & email to cultivate successful relationships.
Frame the benefits of the FlexiPay proposition against alternative funding options to ensure customers choose FlexiPay first.
Own your monthly target and continuously develop & improve your approach to achieve it.
Proactively problem‐solve, identify, and confidently mitigate any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in day‐to‐day work.
What we\’re looking for
Experience working in a telesales or phone‐based environment.
Motivated by positive customer outcomes, success in numbers and driven to achieve monthly targets.
Able to easily connect with people and demonstrate natural interpersonal skills – including teamwork.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload autonomously.
Quick to learn and invested in own development.
