Client Details

This is a well-established, large organisation within the FMCG and manufacturing sector.

Description

Work closely with NPD (New Product Development), Technical, and Production teams to facilitate smooth product launches from kitchen to factory scale.

Conduct and manage factory trials, ensuring processes are robust, scalable, and cost-effective.

Support post-trial evaluations and refine specifications to ensure commercial viability.

Create and maintain process documentation, including trial reports, HACCP, and process flow diagrams.

Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure appropriate raw materials and equipment are in place.

Assist with product and process improvements for cost savings, quality, or sustainability gains.

Ensure that all processes comply with food safety, legality, and customer requirements.

Support customer audits, site visits, and presentations where required.

Profile

Experience in a chilled or ambient food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Knowledge of factory trials, scaling-up processes, and HACCP principles.

Food Safety Level 3
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Excellent communication skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

A proactive team player with a hands-on approach.
