L'Oréal Luxe is seeking an Omni Retail Education Executive for the Skincare Category. You will represent the category to our Retail & Omni Education team, championing category values and trends to inspire and enhance our teams' capabilities, ensuring a world-class consumer experience and compelling category storytelling. Your role involves promoting product knowledge, services, and experiences across the category, fostering a coaching culture that supports team development. You will deliver training and engagement programs in collaboration with the Omni Retail Education Manager and multi-brand training teams for mono-brand, luxe, and retailer BA communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- LUXE CATEGORY EDUCATION
- Lead the Skincare category education strategy in collaboration with the Lancôme Omni Retail Education Manager, delivering comprehensive omni-channel education programs.
- Work with the Omni Services Education, Retail Field, Category & BU teams to identify training needs, including conferences.
- Stay updated on education trends and self-development, particularly in category trends and services, to leverage opportunities and upskill retail teams.
- Partner with Brand & Multi-brand teams to incorporate category insights into their training and coaching, engaging the community to drive business results.
- Implement the Skincare education strategy, ensuring it meets team needs across all channels and BA models.
- Create training modules and content for One Retail and other training initiatives.
- Support in-store training and coaching for Luxe, Mono, and Retailer BAs.
- Participate in divisional meetings and localize global education programs for all brand categories.
- Conduct store visits to deliver brand education and coaching, enhancing category and consumer experiences.
- Assess training effectiveness and report on its impact on sales and service quality.
- RETAIL & SERVICES
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and Area Managers to identify education needs.
- Contribute to services, CRM, and Beauty Tech training and engagement, aligning with retail KPIs.
- Develop opportunities for category services and events.
- EDUCATION BUDGET & OPERATIONS
- Deliver education strategies within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with the Head of Luxe Training on the multi-brand education calendar and key initiatives.
- Assist in delivering BA conferences, retail drives, and retailer conferences.
- PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Foster a coaching and development culture.
- Support the growth of the Skin Pro teams.
- Enhance the BA experience and implement global and local initiatives.
- Ensure adoption and usage of One Retail among BAs.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and innovative working methods.
Personal Work Arrangement: Field-based with one day at Head Office every two weeks. One day in Self-Fridges or Harrods biweekly. Field activities include store visits, classroom training, and content creation.
