Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this values led / niche brand to recruit an experienced Lead HR Change Partner / OD Consultant on an initial 6 month FTC to start ASAP. The role will be mostly remote / home based with some occasional travel to Salisbury.
You will lead the people workstream for a large-scale multi-entity change project focussed on the IT population of the organisation. The role will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive alignment between people strategies and the evolving needs of the organisation, with a particular focus on the delivery of a large-scale restructure across multiple entities, including a TUPE transfer.
You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR expertise to optimise the organisational structure, ensure a seamless transfer, and drive successful change outcomes, all while maintaining high employee engagement and ensuring full legal compliance.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the people plans for this transformation, aligning them with business objectives.
We are looking for you to possess solid experience of partnering support functions, a deep HR expertise in restructuring, a strong grasp of employment law, and the ability to challenge, influence, and support leaders through complex change and experience of managing TUPE transfers.
You will serve as the single point of contact for all HR matters related to the HR workstream of this change project, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of programme outcomes.
