We are seeking a B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager who can prospect, develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, and negotiate deals at a high level to join an innovative, global brand.

Job Overview
This role involves working closely with customers, fabricators, and other industry professionals to deliver a customer-centric experience, enhance product ranges, and increase sales volume. You will generate new business across the South East, collaborating with sales teams to ensure a holistic sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, installers, trade counters, architects, specifiers, and construction contractors.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and demonstrate product benefits.
- Monitor market trends and implement sales strategies accordingly.
- Track customer interactions and forecast accurately.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of the construction market in South East England and industry contacts.
- Ability to learn about company products and demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Articulate, numerate, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Confident in delivering sales pitches.
- Experience in the fenestration market is preferred.
