The Role

The role of a Recruiter can be varied. Some of the daily tasks include:

• Engaging and headhunting candidates
• Cold calling clients to win new business
• Client and candidate meetings
• Arranging interviews with candidates and clients
• Prepping candidates for interviews
• Negotiating terms of business
• Processing and managing offers

Who should apply?

• Must be money and career motivated – this is high OTE, but also demanding. This role will involve longer hours than many other trainee recruitment roles.
• Must be super career-focused – there is big upside, but it’s still a start-up; it will require hard work!
• Degree not required – but you need to be a good communicator and commercially smart.
• No ego!
