As a Volunteering Programme Recruitment Associate, you'll help grow and support this community. Your work will directly contribute to our mission by connecting new volunteers, managing outreach, and maintaining communication with current and prospective team members.
You will:
- Promote Opportunities - Share open volunteer roles via social media, our website, and community platforms.
- Create Engaging Content - Develop blogs, social media posts, and visual campaigns to highlight volunteers and their impact.
- Lead Outreach Efforts - Build relationships with local organizations and networks to attract volunteers.
- Manage Inquiries - Respond to questions and track engagement for timely follow-ups.
- Support Volunteer Onboarding - Assist with welcome packs, info sessions, and introductions.
- Monitor Engagement - Track social metrics and outreach success for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Team - Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for volunteer recruitment and retention.
