Fabric Enhancers is a dynamic and rapidly growing category within Unilever, with a legacy of innovation and consumer love. Comfort is a +1-billion-euro brand present in over 100 countries, known for its softness and fragrances, and recognized for its innovative approach to laundry care.

ROLE SCOPE

This high-visibility role involves shaping the future of the Comfort and Snuggle brands. You will be part of a new team with the opportunity to build a legacy and influence a Power Brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Revisiting brand fundamentals with agencies to develop enduring communication ideas.
  2. Leading the development of four global campaigns for 2026, including innovation and evergreen themes.
  3. Pioneering a Social First strategy and toolkit to enhance cultural relevance and support innovation.
  4. Managing agency collaborations to ensure excellence and synergy.
  5. Partnering with global markets to co-create communication strategies and develop partnerships aligned with social trends.
