ROLE SCOPE
This high-visibility role involves shaping the future of the Comfort and Snuggle brands. You will be part of a new team with the opportunity to build a legacy and influence a Power Brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Revisiting brand fundamentals with agencies to develop enduring communication ideas.
- Leading the development of four global campaigns for 2026, including innovation and evergreen themes.
- Pioneering a Social First strategy and toolkit to enhance cultural relevance and support innovation.
- Managing agency collaborations to ensure excellence and synergy.
- Partnering with global markets to co-create communication strategies and develop partnerships aligned with social trends.
