Opportunity for an engineering recruitment specialist to manage a team of consultants for this leading recruitment agency based in central Bristol. You will be joining a strong firm with a great reputation and a loyal base of clients.

We are seeking a proven engineering sector recruiter. Ideally, you will have managed people before, providing support and coaching to others as needed. While you won’t need to be the highest biller in the team, you will be comfortable maintaining your own portfolio of clients and contributing with some placements personally.

This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly recruitment business that is in a strong position financially, with a bright future. This is a varied role and you will have plenty of autonomy on a day-to-day basis. You will be able to work from home 2 days per week and in the office for 3 days per week.

Please kindly note that agency-side recruitment experience is essential for this position; it is not an internal recruitment/TA position.
