Our client, a well-known compliance consultancy, is recruiting a manager to head up their technical advice team. Duties will include:
- Delivering training on regulatory matters to the team and other internal departments.
- Promoting a culture of cross-department collaboration within the group to ensure information, knowledge, and experience are shared across the business.
- Coaching and developing the team with the ability to assess training needs.
- Setting, measuring, and managing performance standards and expectations.
- Motivating team members and creating an environment that fosters participation and challenge while supporting individual needs.
- Reviewing firms’ financial promotions and websites.
- Assisting firms with internal notifications to the regulator and other requests.
You should have solid compliance experience in both Investments & Mortgages, with the L4 qualification and staff supervision experience. NB: the role is 3 days per week in the office and 2 days WFH.
