Description
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and quality assurance of our supported living services or Residential Care Homes. You will oversee a team of dedicated support staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and promoting a person-centred approach that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and management to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity.
Manage and support a team of support workers and Team Leaders, providing supervision, training, and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and the people we support.
Work collaboratively with external agencies, families, and professionals to enhance service delivery.
Oversee recruitment, budgeting, and operational aspects of the service.
What We\’re Looking For
Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
Proven experience in a managerial role within residential, supported living, learning disabilities, or autism services.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining high standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A person-centred approach with a passion for empowering individuals with complex needs.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
