Leading London salon group HARI's is hiring a Social Media Manager & Community Content Creator to lead and grow HARI's digital presence. If you have a passion for the hair and beauty industry and know how to tell a compelling digital story, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for idea generation, creating and executing engaging community-focused content across all platforms, driving audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement. You'll work alongside HARI's talented creative hair artists as well as strategically alongside HARI's senior leadership team to drive business results and digital growth.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong, in-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Is a creative thinker with a strong aesthetic eye and storytelling ability.
  • Has experience in filming, editing, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Has excellent copywriting skills with an adaptable tone.
  • Is passionate and/or has experience working in cultural lifestyle topics (fashion, beauty, food, travel, etc.).
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Understands commercial partnership content creation, curation, and execution.
  • Is a people person and a natural collaborator.

This is a full-time, head office based role in South-west London / hybrid working throughout the week at various HARI’s salon locations. Salary: £30-40k, experience dependent.
