As a Compensation Analyst / Associate, you will support the compensation strategy and execution for key businesses within the Asset and Wealth Management Line of Business (LOB) and contribute to the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Compensation Agenda.

In this role, you will perform various compensation activities, including providing guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation actions for employees, administering and coordinating annual compensation planning processes, and analyzing and reporting internal and external market compensation data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our annual compensation processes, collaborating with different business lines, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Support compensation activities such as new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and budget planning.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze data to support organizational needs.
  • Support projects related to compensation, including policy reviews and system updates.
  • Become an expert in our compensation reporting tools and help deliver accurate reports and insights.
  • Propose ideas to improve our compensation programs and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Contribute to the EMEA Compensation Agenda, including region-specific activities.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Some experience in HR, Compensation, or Finance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good data management skills and a basic understanding of organizational operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, IF statements, and XLOOKUPs.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to HR and Compensation strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment; capable of problem-solving independently, managing multiple priorities, and building strong partnerships.
  • Commitment to operational excellence with appropriate controls.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and experience with Business Objects.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
