Our London Sales Manager is responsible for executing business plans to grow sales, distribution and brand positioning across the On-Trade in a geographical sales territory. Reporting to the Head of On-Trade Sales, the Sales Manager will execute in-market plans to win new business across regional multi-site hospitality groups and premium independent operators. They will manage customer relationships to develop ‘win-win’ business partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow distribution of Chapel Down brands across a geographical sales territory
- Manage joint business planning to build win-win customer partnerships
- Develop rate of sale through activation of listing with major customer marketing directives
- Grow trade advocacy by implementing tasting, trainings and events
- Ensure all day-to-day account issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently with a customer centric approach
- Support forecasting and channel reporting
