Overview

We are seeking an aspiring growth hacker to help us achieve rapid and sustainable growth for GrowthRocks and our international clients through data-fuelled marketing. Depending on your skills and interests, your responsibilities may include:

1. Generating actionable insights by integrating data from multiple sources
2. Creating and executing high-performing SEO and PPC campaigns
3. Developing outbound/outreach campaigns
4. Optimizing conversions, websites, and lead generation
5. Designing and managing holistic growth marketing strategies for clients and ourselves
6. Managing client communications
7. Implementing innovative strategies to drive super-growth

Our Requirements

You should have a deep understanding of growth hacking, including identifying key metrics, pain points, and opportunities to drive traction and growth. A strong knowledge of digital marketing, AARRR metrics, and funnels is essential.

You must excel in the following core skills:

• Communication : Fluent in English, comfortable communicating with collaborators and clients both orally and in writing.
• Project Management : Ability to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and produce comprehensive reports.

Additionally, experience in at least two of the following areas is required:

• Content Marketing : Experience in developing or participating in successful content marketing strategies.
• SEO : Proven ability to rank websites effectively.
• Marketing Automation : Knowledge of tools, integration, and optimization of marketing stacks.
• PPC : Experience setting up and optimizing Google and Facebook campaigns, with knowledge of programmatic ads and other platforms.
• Web Analytics : Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar.
• Technical Skills : Basic coding, front-end design, or networking skills are a plus.
