Private Client Solicitor - Kent

We\’re seeking a Private Client Solicitor

Join a well-established, high-performing private client department in this exciting role. Enjoy autonomy, a varied caseload, and support from a friendly, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on estate planning and care fee strategies
• Draft Wills and provide tailored will-writing services
• Manage matters related to Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection
• Administer trusts, probate, and estate administration
• Advise on inheritance tax planning and investment considerations

Requirements

• Solid background in private client law
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Proactive mindset and excellent client care skills
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential; ongoing study is supported
