Regional, Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will be based in Greater Manchester with flexible and hybrid working.
The Role: Excellent opportunity to work within an accredited, full-service law firm, handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including Sales and Purchases, Landlord and tenant matters, Development, Property Finance, Insolvency Related Transactions and Corporate Support. The firm is well established and enjoys a trusted and excellent relationship with regional and local businesses and has recently secured a number of new-client wins. Instructions arise from corporates and commercial clients operating in retail, leisure, development, finance, investment and industrial sectors.
