Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Working closely under the leadership of the incredibly experienced Head of Lettings, you will be a key player in driving the success of the department. You\’ll handle high-value properties, liaise with discerning clients and applicants, and contribute to a strong team-based performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Registering and managing applicant enquiries

Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords

Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants

Supporting the progression of deals through to completion

Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

Contributing to the overall performance of the lettings department through pooled commissions

Guaranteed Commission to reach an OTE of £50,000 – £60,000 in year one

Private Medical & Dental Insurance

Mobile Phone or Phone Allowance

Parking Available (if required)

Hours: 8:45am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)

Holidays:

25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays

Office closure over Christmas (not guaranteed but historically granted)

Additional holiday accrued after 3 years of service – 1 extra day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days

Who We\’re Looking For

A driven, personable, and articulate individual with a passion for property

Previous experience in lettings or a client-facing sales environment preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
