Position: Analyst
We are seeking an Analyst to join the London-based International Client Portfolio Management team. The successful candidate will partner closely with our money market and short-duration fixed income investing teams and Sales teams. Responsibilities include originating, developing, and closing growth opportunities, providing product expertise and market insights, structuring investment solutions, producing market updates and written content, and engaging in product strategy including competitive analysis.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to revenue growth by acting as an expert resource on Money Market Funds for Sales teams across all client channels.
- Produce high-quality client content, including publications, market updates, and product spotlights.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenues in partnership with Sales.
- Represent the Liquidity business by delivering market and product updates internally and to clients.
- Assist in structuring and capital formation for new fund launches.
- Coordinate RFP responses from a product specialist perspective.
- Provide internal education and analysis.
- Develop a strong internal network across Sales channels to expand knowledge of our solutions.
- Engage in product strategy activities such as market analysis, new product evaluation, and fund launches.
- Monitor and communicate key regulatory developments affecting MMFs.
- Maintain and evolve KPI metrics for individual and team performance.
- Support senior team members and management as needed.
- Travel extensively across EMEA & APAC regions may be required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, impactful in both individual and group settings, virtually and in person.
- Interest and experience in fixed income markets; money markets experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing skills; financial writing experience is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- High energy, self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Positive, flexible, entrepreneurial, and ambitious mindset.
- Interest in international affairs and willingness to travel.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
