As a Client Facing Paraplanner, youâll be a key player on our onboarding team, working directly with new clients! Youâll be in the action, attending all client meetings from Discovery to sign-up, and collaborating with the Relationship Manager to create the advice that drives each financial plan. You wonât just be behind the scenes, youâll be hands on, making sure everything flows seamlessly. Youâll immerse yourself in our way of working, learning from the ground up, and over the next 2-3 years, youâll be nurtured and developed into a full-fledged adviser or a Senior Paraplanner within this team depending on your ambitions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Engaging in client meetings, collating key client information and completing follow up
- Diving deep into clientsâ financial positions with thorough, accurate analysis to uncover the client goals and objectives
- Craft dynamic, comprehensive financial plans that captivate clients and follow up with compelling compliance suitability reports
- Providing top-tier technical support to Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless, expert-backed solutions
- Crafting and presenting cashflow models at client meetings, bringing financial strategies to life
- Tackling complex calculations, navigating intricate details with ease to provide clarity and precision
